Arriving from the North on I-95 from Washington, Fredericksburg, Kings Dominion

From I-95, take Exit #79.

Immediately bear left onto I-195 towards Powhite Parkway (Rt. 76). Continue on Powhite Parkway (Route 76S) across the James River through toll plaza (50 cents). Take Midlothian Turnpike West (Route 60W). Go through toll plaza (25 cents). The Sheraton Park South will be approximately one (1) mile on your left-hand side behind Applebee’s Restaurant.

Arriving from the South on I-95 from Petersburg, North Carolina

From I-95 North take Exit #67, Chippenham Parkway North (Route 150). Continue North on Chippenham Parkway (Route 150) to Midlothian Turnpike West (Route 60). Go approximately three miles to the Sheraton Park South on your left-hand side behind Applebee’s Restaurant.

Arriving from the West on I-64 from Charlottesville

From I-64 take Exit #186 for I-95 South, going towards Powhite Parkway (Route 76). Continue on Powhite Parkway, across the James River, through toll plaza (50 cents). Take Midlothian Turnpike West (Route 60). Go through toll plaza (25 cents). Go approximately one mile to the Sheraton Park South on your left-hand side behind Applebee’s Restaurant.

OR TAKING ROUTE 288

From I-64 take exit 175 for VA-288 toward Chesterfield. Continue on 288 across the James River. Take the Robious Road/VA-711 E Exit. Turn left on Huguenot Trail. Huguenot Trail becomes Robious Road. Cross over Midlothian Turnpike at light. Sheraton Park South is on left behind Applebee’s Restaurant

Arriving from the West on Route 460-Route 360 from Lynchburg, Roanoke

From 460 East make a left onto Rt 307 N. Take a left onto 360 E. Exit onto Route 288 N towards the Powhite Parkway (Route 76) and through the toll plaza (75 cents). Continue on Powhite Parkway (Route 76) and exit at Midlothian Turnpike West (Route 60) (toll will be 25 cents). The Sheraton Park South is approximately one mile on your left-hand side behind Applebee’s Restaurant.

Arriving from the East on I-64 from Virginia Beach, Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Richmond International Airport (RIR)

Take I-64 West take Exit #190 onto I-95 South. Go approximately ½ mile and take Exit #74 onto Rt I-195 South (the Downtown Expressway). After the toll plaza (50 cents) stay in the left lane onto Powhite Parkway (Route 76S). Continue on Powhite Parkway across the James River and through toll plaza (50 cents). Take Midlothian Turnpike West (Route 60) exit (toll plaza- 25 cents). Go approximately one mile to the Sheraton Park South on your left-hand side behind Applebee’s Restaurant.
